BELAIRE TWO-STAGE STANDARD WARRANTY
Two-stage packaged compressors shall be warranted for twenty-four (24) months from date of start-up or thirty (30) months from date of shipment from the factory, whichever occurs first, to include parts and labor. Parts shall be warranted for ninety (90) days from installation or for the remainder of the warranty on the product being repaired, whichever is longer.
BELAIRE SINGLE-STAGE STANDARD WARRANTY
Single-stage packaged compressors and bare pump compressors shall be warranted for twelve (12) months from date of start-up or eighteen (18) months from date of shipment from the factory, whichever occurs first, to include parts. Parts shall be warranted for ninety (90) days from installation or for the remainder of the warranty on the product being repaired, whichever is longer.
This warranty shall not apply and BelAire shall not be responsible nor liable for:
- Consequential, collateral, or special losses or damages
- Equipment conditions caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal conditions of use, accident, neglect or misuse of equipment, improper storage or damages resulting from shipment
- Deviation from operating instructions, specifications or other special terms of sales
- Labor charges, loss or damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance or repairs made by person(s) other than BelAire or BelAire’s authorized service station
- Improper application of product
- Dryers, motors or engines. These items are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty and service network

ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSOR WARRANTY POLICY
1-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY
Packaged compressors shall be warranted for twelve (12) months from date of start-up or eighteen (18) months from date of shipment from the factory, whichever occurs first, to include parts and labor. Parts shall be warranted for ninety (90) days
from installation or for the remainder of the warranty on the product being repaired, whichever is longer.
5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY
The 5-Year Extended Warranty is available for all rotary screw compressors. This warranty includes the 1-Year Standard Warranty and warranty extensions for the major components. The airend, motor, air/oil coolers, variable speed drive (if applicable) and sump tank shall be warranted for a period not to exceed sixty (60) months from start-up to include parts, labor and travel for 12 months from date of shipment, parts only for the remaining 48 months.
BELAIRE COMPRESSORS / DRYER WARRANTY POLICY
Refrigerated non-cycling, high temperature and heatless desiccant dryers shall be warranted for twelve (12) months from date of start-up or eighteen (18) months from date of shipment from the factory, whichever occurs first, to include parts and
labor. Parts shall be warranted for ninety (90) days from installation or for the remainder of the warranty on the product being repaired, whichever is longer.
