Cast Iron™ 7.5 hp 2-Stage 220 V 3-Phase 80 gal Horizontal Air Compressor by Chicago Pneumatic®. The RCP-C duplex compressors are available up to 20 hp and can deliver up to 21 aCFM on single phase and 70 on 3 phase power. Models include simplex compressors up to 10hp and duplex models from 10-20hp. The RCP-C compressors come with a full 2 Year Warranty (including valves). The RCP-C7583VS compressor utilizes an all cast iron piston compressor pump. This pump is built to last and features a finned discharge tube for cooler operation, tapered roller bearings, and automotive style wrist pins for increased lifespan. Inside of the pump, disc and spring valves are utilized rather than reed or finger valves. Disc valves are more reliable and can be changed without pulling the entire pump apart. This C1 pump from Chicago Pneumatic is paired with an industrial grade and high quality Baldor motor. The RCP-C7583VS is a 7.5hp three phase air compressor on an 80 gallon receiver. This compressor can run on either 208v or 230v three phase. The pump is pre-filled with oil and the compressor is "plug and play" – simply connect power to the compressor and it's ready to run. With durability, performance, solid cast iron cylinder, crankshaft and valve plates the RCP provides the strength that is required for everyday use. Aluminum head and coolers with deep fins allow for unmatched heat dissipation. Balanced pistons and crankshaft mean smoother and quieter operation. Oversized main bearings and automotive style replaceable insert bearings for a durable compressor pump. All units are 100% tested at full pressure.
