1/4" Cobalt SAE 1-Flatted Shank Right Hand Drill Bit by Dent Fix Corporation®. The DF-1465 bit is 6.5 mm or approximately 1/4-inch High Speed Steel Cobalt (HSCO) spot weld bit. The twist is smaller than the shank which is 8.0 mm and has a flat spot on it to be tightened into DF-15DX Spot Weld Drills (sold separately). This German made bit may be used with off brand spot weld drills. Drill bits are specifically designed for the abuse of spot weld drilling. Flat ground for strength, centering nib to prevent walking. German made spot weld bits are available in 3 sizes, 6.5, 8.0 and 10.0 mm. These Cobalt high-speed steel mix bits are 45mm long and work with all brands of spot-weld drills.

Certificate of guarantee of limited warranty. Dent Fix Corporation guarantees this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. Should any trouble develop during this period, consider the following:

New Product Warranty Claims: A product is considered new if it is in re-sellable condition. Re-sellable means that you are willing to take the tool back as new if the company repairs and re-packages the tool for you. Dent Fix Corporation will not add it back to its stock. Whether to repair or replace the product is at Dent Fix Corporation sole discretion.

Used Product Warranty Claims: A product is considered used when it has been used for more than 1 week and is no longer re-sellable. Whether to repair or replace the product is at the Dent Fix Corporation sole discretion.

Air Tools: All Dent Fix Corporation air tools carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Customer abuse, such as a lack of proper maintenance, and the damage caused therein is not covered under warranty.

Consumable: Any item that by its nature or design that wears, gets used up or is permanently changed by its usage is considered a consumable item. Drill bits are a consumable item and as such carry no warranties expressed or implied. There are several procedures the user can implement in order to extend drill bit life, but ultimately the drill bit will break or dull. It is up to the technician to ensure proper usage.

The warranty does not apply where: repairs are required because of normal wear and tear; the tool has been abused or misused or improperly maintained; alterations have been made to the tool.

In no event shall Dent Fix be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies to both during and after the term of the warranty.
