3" 6-Hole Hook-and-Loop Back-Up Pad by Griot's Garage®. This three-inch backing plate for superior ventilation to reap all the benefits of proper cooling. The cooling effects of this the plate's improved ventilation produces a cooler pad face and a cooler working surface which increases both pad and tool life.
