24" Heavy Duty Bolt Cutter (7172610) by Knipex®. Head gray atramentised, handles with multi-component covers. Technical change and errors excepted. Bolt Cutters cut through pre-stressing steel and tempered steel wire up to a hardness of 48 HRC and are extremely hard-wearing. Long life results from the use of high performance Chrome Vanadium steel for the blades. Precise adjustment of the blades by eccentric bolts.
