RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Mishimoto innovative engineering team accomplishes all R&D in-house to ensure quality and performance. They have State-of-the-art 3D modeling tools, including a rapid-prototyping 3D printers, Faro® 3D laser scanner, Dynapack™ and Dynojet™ AWD dynamometers, computational fluid dynamics analysis, and wireless tech for assorted measurements. The Mishimoto research and development team engineers products using a ROMER portable arm coordinate-measuring machine, and a rapid prototyping 3D modeling machine.
The ROMER arm is the most technologically advanced piece of equipment available to engineer products, verify measurements, check accuracy from CAD drawings, and ensure the highest level of quality control. When used in conjunction with a ROMER Arm, rapid prototyping machines are able to produce samples and prototypes of products directly from CAD drawings in a fraction of the time required by traditional methods.
