Mo-Ty™ 10 t Anchor Pot by Mo-Clamp®. The harder you pull, the firmer it wedges. Allows full 360 degrees of pull without chain touching floor. Can be removed and installed in a different location. When correctly installed, top is flush with floor when not in use. Can be easily cleaned by lifting top.

Mo-Clamp Limited Warranty Pull-it Corporation (Pull-it) warrants its manufactured products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product to the original buyer of the product. Products not manufactured by Pull-it are not warranted by Pull-it.
