Whether you are a watchmaker or a cell phone technician, you need to have the right tools for the job. Specialty screwdrivers are created for those tasks which are hard or even impossible to perform with the regular ones. These tools were created to help you tighten and loosen the bolts and screws having certain torque specifications, located in hard-to-reach areas, etc. Such tools come with a variety of different bits, including hexagonal, Phillips, double-square, Robertson, polydrive, pentalobe, and so on. Particularly, torque screwdrivers are specifically designed to work with pre-set torque, beginning with 1.77 and ending with 50 lbs approximately (depending on the model). Most of them have an accuracy of 5 or 6%, but some devices are even more precise.
They will help you work with sensitive parts and equipment, letting you properly tighten small screws without overtightening. Offset screwdrivers are superb when it comes to working with hard-to-reach screws and bolts, allowing for tightening and loosening them at an angle. Besides, there are special offset heads for a screw gun working with a wide range of different bits. If you work on complex electronic appliances or other devices, the aforementioned tools can be extremely helpful.
