2. Frequency: You will receive no more than 10 marketing messages per month. The frequency of messages may vary.

3. Content: The content of the messages may include promotional offers, product updates, and other marketing-related content. ID Auto reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.

4. Opt-out: To opt-out of the ID Auto SMS marketing program, you can reply STOP to any message you receive. You may also opt-out by texting the keyword "STOP" to 888-453-5148. After opting-out, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.

5. Privacy: ID Auto respects your privacy and will not share your phone number or personal information with any third parties, except as required by law or with your express consent. By opting-in, you agree to ID Privacy Policy.

By opting into our SMS marketing program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, or that you have the necessary permission to opt in to our marketing messages. If you provide us with someone else's mobile phone number, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from that person to receive marketing text messages from us. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
