188 Series™ 0.3 to 0.4" SAE Hardened Steel English Standard Wire Gauge by Starrett®. English Standard Wire Gage is popular for gaging iron wire, hot and cold rolled sheet steel, and in some cases, sheet iron by the English standard wire system also known as Birmingham or Stubs. This gage has convenient decimal equivalents of each number on the reverse side with a satin finish.
